As a Senior Product Designer, I was tasked with implementing the consumer facing application as well as internal tools to help contractors conduct site surveys and commissioning reviews. Key responsibilities were turning concepts into interfaces, working closely with the brand team, conducting user research, ensuring usability, and designing key internal tools that were easy to use in the field or while sitting at a desk.
